The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old city. It's a great base for exploring Tbilisi's historic sights and enjoying the bustling atmosphere of the old town center. The staff at this hotel are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home during your stay. They are always ready to offer assistance and provide helpful tips for getting around and experiencing the city. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms, although without balconies or TVs, are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The only minor issue was the lack of signage from the main road to find the hotel easily.

We also appreciated the warm hospitality of the owner, who was always willing to help us with our needs and offer advice about the area. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good amenities.
the communication with the staff was not always easy, as their English skills were limited.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for my business meetings. The staff was kind and welcoming, always ready to help.
Some of the employees did not speak English, which caused some communication issues. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to work from my room.
